Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, to arrive with UK customers 48 hours after dispatch. We will contact you by email or telephone if, for some reason, this is not possible.
Please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions or in the run up to Christmas, the delivery times quoted may be extended. If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and an email confirmation when it is dispatched. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our deliveries and they will send you a text message with an hour time window on the day of your delivery.

Please note the customer will be responsible for paying any import duties.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the EU due to changes in product regulations.
RETURNS
All of our products are handmade by artisans in India and as a result, variations in colour, pattern and size may occur. We are unable to offer a return in light of minor imperfections.
However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the product to us within 14 days of your purchase.
The product must be returned to us, in the original packaging, unused and in saleable condition at your cost. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and make a note of the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your refund (minus the delivery cost).
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or seconds items.
International orders can't be refunded but can be exchanged, with the customer being responsible for returns and re-delivery costs.
